Depends upon a lot of things, such as where you live and what type of pool you want and how much concrete decking you want and how difficult the site is to prepare. Certainly at least $30k, easily more. Be sure to get an automatic cover. This will make maintenance and start up in the spring very very easy.

A small inground would run you about $30,000 without anything fancy. Since your house is worth so much, it sounds like you’ll want to add a pool that compliments that. If you go with a standard shape it will cost less, but when you get into anything out of the ordinary you’re adding dollars. A pool with landscaping, concrete, waterfall, automatic cover (great addition!), etc, will probably run you about $100,000 to do it right and in a spectacular fashion!
poolwarehouse.com has a nice selection of ingrounds and you can price them there. Good luck!
