After we added the chemicals to our pool i started noticing that my hair felt like i had caked hairspray in it. I didnt know if the chemicals wher doing it or not. i need to know what i can do to make my hair soft again.

If the chemicals in your pool are damaging your hair then right after you get out you should wash your hair. Or sometimes you can buy shampoos that treat chlorine damaged hair.

Yes the chemicals in your pool can severly dry out your hair especially if your a blonde and not naturally your hair is already damaged from the bleaching processes. Make sure before you get in the water to rinse your hair out with water from a garden hose will work. I use aussie 3 minute miracle as my daily conditioner it works really well and keeps my hair smooth and silky
